Data Engineering Manager
Redwood Materials is looking for a motivated and talented Manager of Data Engineering to lead a team of Data Engineers and Analysts. This role requires collaboration with other business units to identify needs, scope problems, and chart the long-term roadmap for the data platform and services. The Data team is responsible for managing data assets in a data lake architecture and overseeing the full data lifecycle from ingestion to processing to consumption. The ideal candidate is someone with experience managing technical teams, strong interpersonal skills, and technical skills in data engineering and creating/managing/supporting AWS infrastructure.
