Job Description

What You'll Do

Lead End-to-End ERP Data Migrations

  • Design and execute end-to-end migration strategies from legacy ERP and accounting systems to NetSuite.
  • Perform complex data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Build and maintain scalable ETL processes that ensure high-quality, reliable data migrations.
  • Develop transformation logic and automation to support diverse customer data requirements.
  • Support cutover activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-migration validation.

Advise Customers on Data Strategy

  • Assess customer data quality and identify opportunities for cleansing and optimization.
  • Develop migration roadmaps, risk mitigation plans, and phased implementation strategies.
  • Provide guidance on data governance, master data management, and long-term data maintenance best practices.
  • Conduct data profiling and readiness assessments to establish successful migration outcomes.

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

  • Partner with customers throughout the migration lifecycle, setting expectations and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to resolve migration challenges.
  • Provide user enablement, training, and best practices to support customer adoption.
  • Deliver post-go-live support to ensure customers maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Enhance migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Document migration frameworks, mapping specifications, and technical processes.
  • Capture lessons learned and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex ERP data migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience migrating data into NetSuite from systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience in data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Experience developing ETL processes using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica, Talend, Celigo, Dell Boomi, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PL/SQL for automation and data manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCloud, and migration best practices.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance, data quality management, and master data management.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks including GDPR, SOX, and CCPA.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • NetSuite implementation or consulting experience.
  • Experience working in customer-facing consulting or professional services environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
