Description

Data Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality data solutions that drive business insights. This role will serve as a key contributor on a cross-functional Agile team and will help design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products that support enterprise analytics and decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on engineer who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute immediately to team objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical databases.
• Experience using GitHub and modern source control practices.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience extracting and integrating data through APIs.
• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and tools such as Erwin.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data solutions.
• Familiarity with Informatica is helpful but not required.

This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $73.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
