Our engineers design, develop and integrate solutions that impact global industries – from fully operational systems and subsystems for naval warfare and maritime security operations, to air traffic management systems, satellite-based solutions, tactical indoor simulations, identity and biometric technologies and more.

We're Thales ECC Bucharest, one of the fastest-growing engineering centers in the city. Our data feeds real European operations, not quarterly dashboards.

THE WORK
ETL/ELT development, data platforms, and big data pipelines on European programs where the data feeds real operations. Plus a live growth path into our AI factory for profiles that want to move toward ML engineering.

YOUR STACK
Python, SQL, Spark or equivalent, data modeling, orchestration (Airflow or similar). Cloud data services a plus. SAP data landscape exposure welcome.

YOU
2+ years in data engineering. You treat data like production code. Not ticking every box? Apply anyway. We hire for trajectory, not checklists.

FRENCH TRACK
French is a multiplier here, never a requirement. French-speaking Data Engineers are structurally rare on this market, we've verified it. The leverage is yours, and our offers reflect it.
