Job Description

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Data Engineer, un rol clave para estructurar, procesar y analizar datos estratégicos, con el objetivo de impulsar la toma de decisiones basada en datos. Esta posición combina habilidades en ingeniería de datos, análisis y ciencia de datos, y tiene la posibilidad de evolucionar hacia el desarrollo de soluciones avanzadas en inteligencia artificial y machine learning.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de pipelines con herramientas como Apache Airflow, dbt, Spark, u otras similares.
    Conocimiento en bases de datos SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
  • Experiencia integrando datos desde múltiples fuentes (APIs, sensores IoT, logs, etc.).
  • Dominio de herramientas de visualización como Power BI, Looker o Tableau.
  • Programación en Python y/o Scala, con uso de librerías como Pandas, NumPy, etc.
  • Conocimientos básicos en machine learning y modelos predictivos (deseable).
  • Experiencia con entornos cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure).

Habilidades Blandas

  • Capacidad analítica para traducir datos en información accionable.
    Comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Enfoque en resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Actitud de aprendizaje continuo y adaptación a nuevas tecnologías.
