As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires guiding teams to integrate responsible AI principles into projects, facilitating collaboration across various departments, and championing the adoption of ethical AI practices throughout the organization. The position demands a proactive approach to leadership, ensuring that AI technologies are designed and implemented with a focus on transparency, fairness, and accountability, while continuously aligning with evolving industry standards and societal expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive responsible AI adoption.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and understanding of responsible AI principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Docker Kubernetes Administration.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining scalable AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize containerized applications for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with security best practices in containerized environments to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Skilled in automating deployment pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Docker Kubernetes Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- 100 percentage Work From Office
- Work will be performed in a secured bay environment with restricted access on Accenture-issued laptops.
- Offshore coverage is limited to Shift A and Shift B only
- Indicative split: 50 percentage Shift A / 50 percentage Shift B.15 years full time education
