We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with experience in Python, SQL, AWS, and Snowflake to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting data operations, troubleshooting data workflows, building automation scripts, and assisting with onboarding initiatives for a new division within Nvidia. Your work will directly impact data reliability, operational efficiency, and the successful adoption of data platforms across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows using Python, SQL, AWS, and Snowflake.
Investigate and resolve data quality, performance, and integration issues across multiple systems.
Create and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Support onboarding activities by assisting users, configuring data environments, and providing technical guidance.
Monitor data processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement tactical improvements to enhance reliability.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
Document data processes, troubleshooting procedures, and technical solutions for internal stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Operations, or a related technical role.
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and debugging tasks.
Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and data troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience working with AWS services in a data engineering environment.
Experience building and supporting solutions in Snowflake.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Ability to work UK business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM UK time).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms or cloud-based data environments.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and modern data architecture concepts.
Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering teams.
Exposure to user onboarding, technical support, or platform adoption initiatives.
Experience working with global or distributed teams.
Knowledge of data monitoring, observability, and operational best practices.
Prior experience supporting technology, AI, or semiconductor-related organizations is a plus.
