Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL and data processing pipelines.
Build and manage distributed data workflows using Python and PySpark.
Work with cloud-based big data technologies including AWS S3, EMR, Apache Hive, Apache Hudi, and Apache Kafka.
Develop reliable batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipeline performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems.
Participate in debugging production issues and maintaining data platform operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation for data workflows and processes.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
01 - 03 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or data engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience working with PySpark and distributed data processing frameworks.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services including S3 and EMR.
Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
Understanding of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and big data ecosystems.
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows.
IT healthcare domain knowledge will be preferable.
Interest and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks as needed.
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
