A well-established, data-driven organisation in Oslo is looking to hire a Data Engineer to support the continued growth of its data platform and AI capabilities. This is a strong opportunity to work on meaningful, real-world data problems, building scalable pipelines and integrating modern AI tools into core business workflows, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Must Haves
2–6 years’ experience in Data Engineering or similar
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL)
Solid understanding of data modelling and data warehouse concepts
Experience working with APIs and multiple data sources
Norwegian language skills
Nice to Haves
Experience with modern data platforms or cloud-based data stacks
Exposure to AI or LLM-based tools
Background in analytics or BI environments
Degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering or similar
Strong stakeholder communication and business understanding
