The opportunity

To support this journey, we are now looking for a Data Engineer / Report Builder to strengthen our data platform and enable data driven decision making across operations, logistics, and manufacturing.

In this role, you will play a key part in building trustworthy, structured, and scalable data foundations that support reporting, analytics, and future digital capabilities. You will work closely with the business to replace manual reporting with automated solutions and help transform data into real business value.

This position is part of our digital transformation initiative and reports to the Digital Transformation Manager.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Build, maintain, and further develop our data platform to support analytical and operational use cases
  • Ensure high data quality, completeness, and consistency, enabling reliable reporting and decision support
  • Translate business needs into well‑defined data objects and data models, acting as a bridge between business and technology
  • Integrate and structure new data sources from operational and business systems
  • Develop and maintain our reporting portfolio, primarily using Power BI
  • Enable automated and self-service reporting, leveraging AI and replacing manual and Excel based solutions

Your background

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience within data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles
  • Handson experience with Databricks or a comparable data platform
  • Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and data pipeline design
  • Experience working with databases, ETL/ELT processes, and structured data architectures
  • Experience building reports and semantic data models, preferably using Power BI
  • The ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable data solutions
