oEngage with key stakeholders to identify data requirements for a specific data products
oDesign, build & maintain systems that capture, collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information, securing quality & integrity (implementation of specific software for appropriate data management...)
oImplement & maintain relevant procedures to secure data accessibility & quality (on new data sources uncovered by data scientists...)
oSecure effective integration of built models/systems within PR environment, connecting with relevant architects/engineers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (including maintenance...)
oEnsure full compliance with China data regulations, including PIPL (Personal Information Protection Law), CSL (Cybersecurity Law), and DSL (Data Security Law), in all engineering and data-processing activities.
oDrive continuous improvements in engineering standards ensuring synergies with global engineering standards while respecting the local needs, automation, tooling, observability, and code quality.
oMentor and support Data Engineers, sharing best practices and providing technical guidance in complex scenarios.
oContribute to workforce planning, engineering estimations, and capacity management within squads.
oParticipate in evaluating data engineers during Recruitment, during build and support phases of the Products & Squads
oLead Data Engineering Estimations within squads/ products , co-owning resource allocation, utilisation & reporting
oCo-own the day to day working with external partners in performance management, absence management and onboarding engineers to squads
oLead the transversal engineering topics through chapter time (market intelligence, cross-product/family initiatives...) as needed, and continuously develop their own skills based on industry trends/enterprise needs
