Job Description

• Designing data architecture (e.g., Data Warehouse, Data Lake) and ETL pipelines
• Involves leading and guiding a team of data engineers as part of a project designing data architecture in near future when business expansion
• Analyze the Business rule with users, transform the Business rules into Mapping and functional specification document.
• Implement the following tasks as part of a project:
  • Development of data ingestion, integration and extraction pipelines with data lake.
  • Write clear and concise documentation, including business logic implemented per required transformations Troubleshoot and resolve issues with users on the implemented solution Enforce and adhere to defined processes and procedures, best practices, and standards
  • May involve creating visualization using modern visualization platform (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI)

When Business expansion, the person should have potential to develop to a bigger role as:

• Involves leading and guiding a team of data engineers as part of a project designing data architecture in near future when business expansion
• Implement and lead/guide a team in the following tasks as part of a project:

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or related field
• At least 24-year experience in data engineering or related field ETL experience in design, mapping and development adhering to standard practices Proficiency in SQL language.
• Proficiency in database structures, theories, principles, and practices in particular with data warehouse design Preferably with knowledge of Big Data querying tools, such as Hive & Hue and etc.
• Preferably with knowledge of Talend ETL tool.
• Good to have: Python, knowledge about Data APIs, Unstructured Data and Hadoop Ecosystem
• Have experience in technical pre-sales support or keen to do is an advantage
• Independently with Disciplinary work style
• Have communication skill with Good English
