What you will be doing:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining scalable data architectures and designing efficient data models for reporting / analytics.

  • Develop, support, and monitor complex ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines, primarily using Azure Data Factory (ADF).

  • Write and fine-tune complex, performance-oriented SQL queries, stored procedures, and views, solving intermediate to advanced SQL challenges.

  • Implement transformation and validation scenarios to ensure high data quality and integrity.

  • Work closely with data engineering and BI teams to deliver reliable, production-grade data solutions.

What our client is looking for:

  • Proficiency in writing, tuning, and optimising complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views, particularly within SQL Server, with a focus on performance.

  • Proven expertise in effective data design and implementing robust data models.
