You’ll design, implement, scale, and maintain the code that powers our production environment. With real freedom to innovate, you’ll shape the next generation of our data and backend platform—connecting APIs, pipelines, self-managed and cloud infrastructure to deliver fast, reliable, high-impact systems.
A highly technical mindset and a drive to improve daily are essential.
Design and build Python APIs and backend services that power internal and third-party integrations
Develop and operate end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion to persistence across GCP services
Build high-frequency, event-driven systems for real-time and asynchronous data processing
Apply strong data modeling and database design principles for structured and semi-structured data
Write clean, testable, production-grade code with strong coverage and CI/CD discipline
Drive observability, performance, and reliability across backend and data systems
Own services end-to-end — from schema and API design to deployment and monitoring
Use modern cloud and automation practices (IaC tools like Terraform, containers, orchestration)
Strong experience in backend or data engineering
Strong skills in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and data warehouse design (using BigQuery or Snowflake)
Solid engineering discipline — CI/CD, testing, microservices, and end-to-end ownership
Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization
Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) and observability practices
Experience with API integrations (CRM, attribution, or marketing systems)
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of data testing frameworks or event-driven architectures
