Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping how our organization leverages data to drive strategic decisions. You will design and build robust data pipelines and scalable architectures that empower teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations with timely, reliable insights. From developing complex SQL workflows to delivering advanced Power BI dashboards, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end data solutions that transform raw information into clear, actionable intelligence.

Tasks

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources within our SQL Server environments.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across Sales, Sales Support, and Marketing functions.
• Develop and deliver clear, insightful analyses and recommendations to stakeholders, presenting findings through compelling data visualizations and executive-level dashboards.
• Monitor data integrity, quality, and reliability across systems, implementing best practices and validation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets, translating them into actionable business insights.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members on data engineering standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced Power BI solutions to transform raw data into intuitive reports and interactive dashboards that drive business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing query performance, and working with large relational databases (SQL Server).
• Strong experience designing and developing Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX, and report publishing.
• Demonstrated expertise in data pipeline development, ETL frameworks, and data integration best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable data solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
• Proven track record of continuous learning and applying new data tools and technologies in a production environment.
