In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team in Athensand our Satellite hubs in Thessaloniki, Volos, Patras,Ioanninaand Rhodes

• Work alongside a supportive team of data engineers, visualization specialists, and app developers to help solve important problems for clients and internal teams in Greece and beyond.

• Help turn business needs into practical data solutions.

• Assistin turning written business requirements into clear technical documents.

• Support the analysis of source data, including understanding how information is related andidentifyingpatterns or trends.

• Contribute to discussions about solution design and help select suitable components under guidance.

• Help design and build ETL/ELT jobs by using available tools and components.

• Assistwith creating and improving data models.

• Help build and run ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Document your work and share knowledge and best practices with your team and clients.

What you bring matters

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering and any other relevant field

• 1-2years proven experience in this field isa must

• Experience in advanced SQL and Python language syntax

• Knowledge of complex data flows through dedicated Integration tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks or SSIS isrequired

• Experience in cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is preferred

• Experiencein IBM Data tools such as Netezza, DB Stage will be considered a plus

• Experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Data will be considered a plus

• Experience in working with large data sets will be considered a plus

• Familiarity with logical and conceptual data models

• Familiarity with Banking or Energy Sector will beconsidereda plus

• DP-600 or DP-700 certificate Microsoft Fabric orequivalent for Databricks

• Azure Solution Architect (or equivalent) will be considered a plus
