Data Driven Product Owner / Product Analyst

Location & Salary

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure development focuses on high-impact initiatives.
• Define and track key product metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for product roadmap prioritization and informed decision-making.
• Ensure product features align with user needs, optimizing product strategy and improving user experience.
• Apply experimentation concepts such as A/B testing, hypothesis design, and result interpretation.

What You Will Need

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Driven Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and experience in product development.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience; this is a mid to senior level individual contributor role (no team leadership responsibilities).
• Proficiency in SQL, especially with large data sets.
• Ability to translate customer analytics into Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Background in fintech, tech companies, product companies, or startups/scale-ups, with a focus on building enterprise-ready solutions or rolling out new features.
