Inter IKEA Group (IIG) connects IKEA franchisees with range development and suppliers and ensures alignment of the overall IKEA strategic direction. Every day, we strive to develop, produce, and sell products and services that are affordable and accessible to everyone.
You'll be part of the Data Management & Performance organisation within Operations Management at Inter IKEA, working closely with business leaders, data professionals, engineers, architects and governance specialists. You'll report to our Data Management & Performance Manager.
Together, we're building modern data capabilities that connect people, technology and knowledge across IKEA. Our ambition is straightforward: make data something people can find, trust, and use to solve real problems for IKEA.
Our team is based in Malmö and Delft, meaning both locations are open to apply from, with occasional travel expected between sites. We believe that your presence with the team is important, and expect you to work from the workplace three days a week.
This role drives the adoption of a common data governance and domain model across Inter IKEA Group, working closely with our core businesses. That means building the team, the ways of working, and the stakeholder relationships that make governance genuinely useful — not just policy on paper, but something that helps people across IIG make better decisions with data.
More specifically, you will:
You are an experienced leader who can bring people together around a common vision and turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
You likely bring:
Most importantly, you believe that governance it’s not an end goal, it should help people move faster, make better decisions, and achieve more together.
We look forward to receiving your application by 10th of November at the latest. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the role or the recruitment process, or if you have a special need that requires accommodation in the recruitment process, feel free to contact the Recruiter Jas Garcha (jas.garcha@inter.ikea.com).
We always recruit based on values, competence, potential and diversity. Once competence requirements are met, we will first consider impacted co-workers employed in Inter IKEA Systems Service AB, Inter IKEA Technology Services AB and Inter IKEA Systems BV and secondly impacted co-workers at Inter IKEA Group.
