Job Title: Data Developers 4

Location- Birmingham, AL Contract- 1 Year

The Technology Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and hands-on oversight of technical development projects in cloud, data, and application environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead and manage technical projects through the full life cycle.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Monitor progress and performance; identify and mitigate risks and issues.

• Ensure projects follow best practices, standards, and methodologies (Agile/SDLC).

• Conduct regular project meetings (kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives).

• Prepare and present status updates, documentation, and reports to senior leadership.

• Maintain all project documentation (requirements, specifications, change logs, technical reports).

Team Collaboration

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment among cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, designers, business partners).

• Coordinate resources and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

Technical Responsibilities

• Power BI: Create and manage dashboards and reports for project metrics and data visualization.

• Azure Cloud: Oversee Azure development projects, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.

• Application Development: Lead or coordinate development efforts in Python or NET

• Data Delivery Support: Work closely with business partners to gather and define requirements for data-driven projects.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in technical project management roles.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and team workflows.

• Technical proficiency with:

  • Azure Cloud

  • Power BI

  • Python or NET

• Experience gathering and managing business and data requirements.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

Preferred:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification
