About the Job

The Data Demand Manager for the Demand to Cash (D2C) perimeter serves as the operational backbone for all customer-facing and revenue cycle business processesReporting to the Data Senior Demand Manager for the Finance perimeter, this individual contributor role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of demand intake operations: capturing, documenting, assessing, and prioritizing business requests in a structured, consistent, and value-driven manner. The role requires strong D2C business process knowledge, analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities

Main responsibilities

1. Demand Intake & Pipeline Management

  • Execute end-to-end demand intake for the D2C perimeter, ensuring all requests are properly captured, documented, assessed, and tracked

  • Maintain and update the D2C demand pipeline continuously, ensuring full visibility of status, priorities, and progress

  • Proactively identify and flag bottlenecks, blockers, or capacity constraints within the pipeline

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for D2C business partners, managing requests and ensuring a high-quality stakeholder experience

  • Manage stakeholder expectations with transparency, communicating clearly on demand status and prioritization decisions

  • Act as a trusted partner demonstrating genuine understanding of D2C processes and commitment to delivering value

3. Requirements Gathering & Translation

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with D2C stakeholders through structured workshops and interviews

  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams

  • Identify and document dependencies, assumptions, and constraints to provide delivery teams with full context

4. Demand Assessment & Prioritization Support

  • Conduct initial assessment of incoming demands, evaluating feasibility, business value, strategic alignment, and urgency

  • Facilitate prioritization discussions with D2C stakeholders, presenting clear options and trade-offs

  • Challenge and refine incoming requests to sharpen scope, clarify objectives, and ensure organizational alignment

5 Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Adhere to all demand management governance standards, documentation requirements, and quality controls

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of demand intake processes, templates, and tools

About You

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Master's degree is an asset

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business process documentation

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments

The salary range for this position is :€49.600,00 - €66.133

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
