Lakeside Foods is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Data Specialist I to support the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of business‑critical supply chain and operations data. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure data governance standards are met while supporting system implementations and day‑to‑day data activities.

What You’ll Do

Data Governance & System Accuracy

  • Partner with Spply Chain and Operations Data Governance Leads to ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance
  • Maintain master data across systems including Excel, workflow tools, MES, CMMS, and ERP (SAP)
  • Follow established data rules, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of data updates

Data Analysis & Quality Assurance

  • Analyze, verify, and audit data to ensure accuracy and appropriate user access
  • Document and maintain data workflows, timelines, and reporting related to data changes

Technical Documentation & Support

  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, procedures, and system documentation
  • Provide technical support for assigned systems
  • Monitor, assign, and support help desk tickets during regular business hours
  • Provide status updates related to data entry, maintenance, and system support
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support Corporate Operations

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred (or in pursuit of degree)
  • Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and self‑manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Project management skills and experience a plus
