is seeking an experienced
Data Conversion Lead
to manage and execute end-to-end data migration, transformation, and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in
SQL
,
Coalesce
,
Snowflake
, and
Tableau
, along with proven leadership skills in managing data conversion teams and complex enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the
  data conversion and migration
  strategy, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely delivery.
• 
  Design and develop
  data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
  processes using
  Coalesce
  and
  SQL
  .
• 
  Build and optimize
  data pipelines
  in
  Snowflake
  , ensuring performance and scalability.
• 
  Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand source and target data models.
• 
  Create
  data mapping, transformation rules, and validation scripts
  to ensure data integrity.
• 
  Oversee and guide the team in performing
  data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation
  activities.
• 
  Develop
  dashboards and reports in Tableau
  for data validation and post-migration analytics.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• 
  Coordinate with
  cross-functional teams
  (developers, business analysts, QA) to ensure alignment and quality deliverables.
• 
  Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to the data conversion team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 
  8+ years of experience in
  data migration/conversion
  projects.
• 
  Hands-on expertise in
  SQL (advanced level)
  for data manipulation and validation.
• 
  Strong experience with
  Coalesce
  ,
  Snowflake
  , and
  Tableau
  .
• 
  Proficient in
  data modeling, ETL design
  , and
  data warehousing concepts
  .
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• 
  Experience with
  cloud platforms
  (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• 
  Knowledge of
  data governance, quality frameworks, and metadata management

  Prior experience in
  SAP, ERP, or large-scale enterprise data migrations
