Job Descriptions

• Full-process control of test documentation: Responsible for collecting, verifying, categorizing, and archiving all necessary documents for factory inspections, on-site testing, and corrective actions for each project. This includes test plans, test records, inspection reports, corrective action forms, and completion acceptance documents, ensuring that the documentation is complete, accurate, and traceable.
• Drawing version management: Track the receipt, issuance, and version updates of electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage test drawings for projects. Differentiate between old and new versions to prevent misuse on-site. Manage both paper and electronic archives in sync.
• Internal and external documentation coordination: Communicate with project engineers, subcontractors, owners, and third-party organizations to ensure the proper submission, modification, and signature of documentation. Organize the complete set of completion test documents and assist the owner in completing project filing.
• Systems and standardization: Enter and update documentation records in the company's project management system. Assist the supervisor in establishing an SOP for test documentation archiving and train new employees on related documentation tasks.

Job Requirements

• Education and Major: Associate degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, or project documentation management.
• Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical/data center project documentation management.
• Professional Skills: Proficient in Office software, able to read basic mechanical and electrical drawings; English reading and writing skills required, able to read English test specifications and reports; familiar with the entire process of project documentation archiving and approval.
• General Qualities: Meticulous and patient, logical thinker with strong communication and coordination skills, able to work on-site with projects.
• Comprehensive Skills: Meticulous and patient, clear thinker, excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in  Mandarin speaking and writing for ease of internal communication.

Location: Klang, Selangor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM4,000 - 5,000
