Manage end-to-end performance tracking, incentive governance, and claim management processes across OEMs, distributors, retail channels, and e-commerce platforms to ensure operational transparency and execution accuracy.
Monitor channel and partner performance against business targets, validate commercial program outcomes, and ensure alignment between incentive structures and actual sales performance.
Lead claim validation, reconciliation, and settlement processes for incentive programs, promotional campaigns, and co-funded commercial initiatives in compliance with approved policies and governance standards.
Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Internal Audit, OEMs, and external partners to ensure accurate reporting, timely issue resolution, and smooth operational execution.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making, operational optimization, and business growth initiatives.
Drive operational excellence by improving process efficiency, reducing operational leakage, strengthening compliance controls, and enhancing claim processing accuracy and turnaround time.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and commercial governance frameworks across all channel performance and claim management activities
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a reputed university.
Job Experience Required
4-5 years of data analysis experience; 1- 2 years in a relevant field will be preferred

Strong analytical and operational management capability.
Good understanding of channel performance management, incentive structures, and claim governance processes.
Strong reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of telecom device ecosystem, distribution channels, and commercial operations.
