About the Role
As a Data Centre Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for personnel, visitors, and critical infrastructure assets. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to operate confidently within a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control site access for staff, contractors, and visitors
Conduct security patrols and inspections
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
Operate CCTV, access control, and security management systems
Maintain accurate incident and activity reports
Liaise with site stakeholders, contractors, and emergency services
Support compliance with site security policies and procedures
Work effectively within a highly secure and operationally critical environment
