Role
The DC Site Security Manager will be responsible for managing on-site security at the Mantsala DC, ensuring that physical security protocols are effectively followed. The role includes responding to security incidents and leading the security guard team to maintain a secure environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Mantsala DC on-site security, ensuring adherence to security protocols and standards.
Respond to security incidents, coordinating efforts to resolve issues promptly.
Lead the security guard team, ensuring effective operations and performance.
Monitor and implement site-specific security measures to protect the site’s assets and personnel.
Maintain high-security standards across all locations, ensuring continuous security improvements.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Must-have requirements:
Experience in managing site-specific security operations.
Strong knowledge of physical security protocols and incident response.
Proven leadership skills in managing security teams.
Ability to maintain high-security standards across multiple locations.
