What you’ll do

The role responsibilities include:

·Lead the operation and maintenance of mission-critical Data Center infrastructure, ensuring high levels of reliability and availability.

·Manage and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and support personnel.

·Oversee vendor performance, maintenance activities, and service delivery against agreed standards and SLAs.

·Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, risk management, and incident response activities.

·Manage facility performance, capacity planning, asset management, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

·Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting requirements.

·Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

·Promote a culture of safety, compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.

What you’ll have

·Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.

·Significant experience managing operations within a Data Center, critical facilities, or mission-critical environment.

·Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS, and critical facility infrastructure systems.

·Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams.

·Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.

·Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

·Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

·Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction

·Experience within Tier III or Tier IV Data Center environments.

·Data Center certifications (CDCP, CDCMP, or equivalent).

·Experience managing mission-critical facilities with 24/7 operational requirements.
