Client Success Associate – Data Centre Operations

Kickstart your career in data centre client services, providing essential support to deliver outstanding operational experiences. You'll partner with the Client Success team, taking ownership of critical tasks in reporting, issue resolution, and engagement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through seamless onboarding and training for successful project launches
• Help organise client workshops, events, and strategy sessions that deliver real value
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Partner across teams to represent client priorities and ensure flawless execution
• Create helpful client resources like guides, FAQs, and process documentation
• Build, review, and distribute regular and custom reports with precision and insight
• Ensure all reporting dashboards maintain top quality and data reliability
• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix data issues quickly
• Prepare data-driven insights for meetings and performance reviews
• Handle service requests by prioritising, tracking, and resolving within agreed timelines
• Keep comprehensive records of all client interactions in the case management system
• Keep clients updated with clear communication on issue progress and resolutions
• Join team reviews to help refine and improve client success processes
• Coordinate client projects while meeting internal standards and expectations

Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years in client services, account coordination, reporting, or customer support
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability with internal teams
• Positive, eager-to-learn attitude with strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver passionate about operational excellence
• Melbourne-based graduate or early-career professional
