The Opportunity
We’re seeking an NV1‑cleared Data Centre Administrator (NetApp) to support a mission‑critical Defence data centre environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on enterprise storage, platform availability, and secure operations.
Candidates must be Australian Citizens with an NV2 security clearance (preferred). NV1 candidates willing to obtain NV2 security clearance will also be considered. This role requires obtaining and maintaining NV2 clearance.
Location: Sydney / Canberra / Brisbane / Melbourne

What You’ll Do
Telstra Enterprise - Enterprise Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Telstra's enterprise business, including order fulfillment, customer support, and service delivery.
Administer and support NetApp / enterprise storage within a Defence data centre
Maintain platform security, availability, performance and capacity
Operate within ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CSI)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues
Support low‑risk changes and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and Defence stakeholders
About You
Experience with enterprise storage (NetApp preferred or equivalent)
Strong ITSM / ITIL experience
Effective technical communication and collaboration skills
Australian citizen with current NV1 clearance and ability to obtain NV2
Desirable
Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM
VMware, RHEL/Linux, Citrix, F5
Lenovo XClarity, HPE OneView
