Company Background

Our client specialize in manufacture and repair of switchgear, switchboards, electrical control panels, electric motors, transformers, and power distribution equipment. They provide electrical manufacturing and engineering solutions for industrial and commercial applications in Singapore.

Job Descriptions

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate, updated information.
• Manage calls, emails, enquiries, and other correspondence.
• Handle daily administrative activities at the project/data center site.
• Prepare, update, organise, and file reports, records, and project documents.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, deliveries, and other arrangements.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide basic administrative support for finance, inventory, and operations when required.
• Prepare reports, letters, meeting materials, and other documents.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, properly organised, and submitted on schedule.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects when needed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of administration, clerical, or similar work experience.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, positive, willing to learn, and capable of working independently.

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri

Salary Range: RM3,500 - 4,800
