Requirements

• 
  Perform rack and stack of servers, storage, and networking equipment
• 
  Install and manage structured cabling (fiber and copper)
• 
  Troubleshoot hardware issues (drives, memory, power supplies, network connectivity)
• 
  Support data center deployments, migrations, and upgrades
• 
  Work with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
• 
  Follow operational procedures and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• 
  2–8+ years of hands-on data center experience
• 
  Strong experience with rack/stack and cabling
• 
  Hardware troubleshooting experience in production environments
• 
  Experience working in:
  • 
    Enterprise data centers OR
  • 
    Colocation facilities (Equinix, Digital Realty, etc.) OR
  • 
    Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP operations)
• 
  Ability to work onsite and in physically demanding environments (lifting, cabling, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Linux fundamentals (basic CLI, system checks)
• 
  Exposure to networking (switches, patching, VLAN basics)
• 
  Experience supporting large-scale or hyperscale environments
• 
  Experience with GPU servers or high-performance computing (HPC) environments
• 
  Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar)
