Job Description

Data Center Technician L2

The Data Center Technician L2 is a hands-on technical role supporting the deployment and ongoing operation of a high-performance data center environment supporting advanced AI infrastructure.

This position provides a strong foundation in data center operations, beginning with participation in a greenfield deployment phase where you will assist with infrastructure installation, cabling, system commissioning, and operational readiness activities. As the site transitions into steady-state operations, you will continue supporting day-to-day operational activities, helping ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical infrastructure.

You will work closely with senior technicians, engineers, facilities personnel, vendors, and site leadership to execute operational tasks, respond to incidents, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and operational discipline. This role is ideal for technicians who are looking to expand their technical skillset while contributing to a mission-critical production environment.

You will collaborate with globally distributed teams, making professional English communication skills (written and verbal) essential for success in this role.

This role offers continuity across both deployment and operational phases, providing valuable experience and a clear path for technical growth within a critical infrastructure program. Milestone and its Customer are committed to building a stable, high-performing team that evolves with the site over time.
