In line with the EMEA data center strategy, you will develop and grow relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators to drive opportunities across the region. Leveraging Johnson Controls’ broad portfolio of building technologies and solutions, you will increase account penetration, influence specifications, and position JCI as the preferred partner.
A proactive sales hunter, you will build trusted customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with a regional data center team and local teams across Europe to maximize pipeline, order intake, and customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

The initial basic salary for this position is in the range of € 53.700 – €80.700 per year. In addition to base pay, this role participates in a sales incentive plan which can significantly increase your overall earnings. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
The overall compensation package may include additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
