As a Data Center Sr Manager, you will lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for the maintenance and operation of our data centers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our data centers operate efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of data center facilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance of data centers
Manage a team of professionals responsible for data center operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Monitor data center performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Lead efforts to improve data center efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of data center operations with other business functions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Expertise in data center technologies, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking
Experience with data center management tools and software
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
