- Coordinate and execute hardware replacements and RMAs with vendors, while conducting regular inspections and capacity checks across power, cooling, space, and ports
- Monitor infrastructure and environmental alerts, respond to incidents, perform first-line troubleshooting, and support maintenance activity in a 24x7 environment
- Work within established ITIL and ITSM processes for incidents, requests, and changes, while maintaining accurate rack, patching, asset, and inventory records in ServiceNow and Nlyte

- Ability to perform basic configuration changes and CLI-based troubleshooting on enterprise switches and routers within a controlled change management environment
- Experience working with ITSM, CMDB, and DCIM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Nlyte, NetBox, or similar platforms, along with basic scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus strong documentation, communication, ownership, and attention to detail across global teams
