Base Salary:
$131,869
to $177,263 annually DOE
Commission:
Target
commission of $30,000 annually

Job Summary
Ziply Fiber is seeking an
experienced and dynamic Data Center Solutions Architect to lead the development
and delivery of comprehensive colocation and regional data center solutions for
businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of data center infrastructure
and the ability to collaborate with consulting professionals, data center
owners, and colocation providers to meet customer needs. As a subject matter
expert, the Solutions Architect will play a critical role in supporting the
sales team to drive revenue growth.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support
·
Collaborate with consulting professionals, data
center owners, and colocation providers to design and deliver tailored Ziply
Fiber colocation and regional data center solutions.

Assist the sales team in identifying
opportunities, creating proposals, and closing deals by aligning solutions with
business needs.
·
Build strong relationships with clients as a
trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
·
Deliver compelling presentations,
proof-of-concepts, and technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
Solution Architecture & Technical Expertise
·
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in data
center infrastructure, providing technical guidance and expertise during
customer engagements.

Develop high-level solution designs and
architectures that address customer requirements.
·
Conduct technical assessments of client
environments to recommend optimal solutions.
·
Ensure compliance with industry standards,
security protocols, and best practices in all proposed solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Industry Leadership
·
Collaborate with internal teams, including
engineering and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
·
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry
trends, and competitive positioning within the data center space.
Other Duties

Performs
other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
·
Understanding of how
technology can be applied to address or accelerate customer business
objectives.
·
Proficient at both informal
and formal presentations to large technical and non-technical audiences.
·
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, auto
insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
·
Masters’ degree in a relevant field.

Demonstrated ability to
lead customer collaboration, discovery, and whiteboard sessions to draw out
technology solutions while establishing lasting relationships with customers.

Ability to communicate
effectively; internally and externally.

Excellent communications
skills include writing, presenting, as well as accuracy and attention to
detail.

to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a
variety of situations.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office setting with
exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer,
keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a
modern office setting.
