GE Vernova is in a rapid growth phase in the data center market. Come join a global operation delivering innovative power solutions uniquely from "generation to GPU", to the world's leading AI data center gigawatt-scale infrastructure projects. You will be a pivotal hyperscaler and colocation data center solution technical advocate and have a pulse on the latest architecture and design trends and tradeoffs to usher GEV into the next exciting era in data center evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a “grid-to-GPU” power train technical architect for hyperscalers (AI training, AI inference, general purpose cloud), colocation (AI-centric and general tenancy models). Should be very knowledgeable about industry migration to 800V DC architectures.
Serve as GEV's primary customer-facing technical authority for all AI training campus and hyperscale DC opportunities. Must have good customer presence and confident in solution architecture.
Develop and own GEV "Campus Power Reference Architectures" — experience in designing and documenting single-line diagrams and power system designs for each of the data center archetypes using GEV products
Lead technical discovery sessions with hyperscaler DC engineering teams — documenting power requirements, site constraints, and competitive install base
Author technical proposals and power system studies (load flow, fault analysis, arc-flash) in support of RFP responses
Collaborate with NPI/PM team to validate new product designs against real customer power systems (system design, sizing, and integration)
Conduct internal technical training sessions for COE BD team and BU sales (minimum quarterly) on Data Center power architecture
Represent and drive standards for GEV in OCP, Nvidia, other relevant organizations (joint role with Standards Liaison)
