Who We Need
We are seeking an experienced professional aiming to advance their career in commercial real estate lease administration. This part-time role is ideal for an individual who wishes to maintain and refine their expertise while benefiting from a flexible schedule.
The Lease Administrator will be responsible for creating and managing essential real estate, data center customer, and financial documentation within our extensive property portfolio. The selected candidate will utilize their background to support a range of administrative functions, including setting up tenant accounts, preparing and updating lease agreements, regularly reviewing billing reports for properties, and performing general administrative tasks associated with accounting procedures. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with Leadership, Sales, and Accounting teams.
