 Data Center Program Manager

PROGRAM MANAGER - DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION

As Program Manager, you will have a central role in one of the nation’s most ambitious infrastructure efforts: construction of the largest data center in the United States. You will lead every stage of the construction roadmap, ensuring that project deliverables are executed flawlessly and completed on schedule.

You will oversee daily operations using established PMO standards, processes, and methodologies. On-site, you will promote excellence, safety, and innovation while establishing new standards for modern data center deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM, or a related certification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of Program Management experience.
• Strong service philosophy and an understanding of the challenges involved in delivering a superior customer experience nationally while managing costs.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication capabilities, including team building, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, risk management, product management, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across numerous internal functional groups to optimize product offerings, provide a seamless experience for internal and external customers, and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to continually broaden and apply knowledge of market and industry trends, translating that insight into recommended and implemented process and efficiency improvements.
• End-to-end process thinker with proven experience leading organizational change, an understanding of how change affects employees, and the ability to use strategies that reduce organizational risk.
• Substantial experience addressing employee issues and exercising sound judgment in this area.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP, Salesforce.com, workforce management systems, and cloud-based technology systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, 4 years of on-site experience as a senior-level manager.
• Tenure working on sites will be considered a significant advantage.
• Extensive leadership experience involving field labor, safety, and quality.
• Experience with Procore, ACC, or a similar platform.
