The Role and Impact
As a Systems and Hardware Enabling Engineer, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of Intel's cutting-edge products and technologies. Your contributions will directly impact the development, validation, and delivery of innovative solutions that enable Intel and its ecosystem partners to remain at the forefront of the industry. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software, drive readiness for market deployment, and support customers in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for solutions that incorporate Intel products and technologies, ensuring end-to-end readiness for market deployment.

  • Collaborate with internal and external silicon, hardware, and software development teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

  • Design, develop, and validate new software and hardware tools, ensuring product quality and performance optimization.

  • Create technical collateral, including product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and validation tools.

  • Partner with customer research and development (RnD) and manufacturing teams to integrate design for excellence (DFx) requirements, mitigate factory challenges, and provide technical training.

  • Deliver health oversight and technical support to ensure smooth product ramp and systematic improvements.

  • Drive customer engagement and problem-solving initiatives to address technical issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Influence solution design by collaborating with ecosystem and industry partners to enable platform readiness.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • 5 or more years of experience with server or client or embedded system development experience.

  • Knowledge of hardware systems and subsystems, systems architecture, and validation processes.

  • Experience in developing and utilizing technical documentation, such as design guides and validation tools.

  • Proficiency in working with hardware and software integration to enable high-quality solutions.

  • Proven track record of solving technical challenges and supporting product deployment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in customer engagement, consulting, and support to deliver impactful technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex customer challenges.

  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative product development.
