Infrastruktur penunjang Data Center (AA), DRC Gunsa, Development Room dan UAT.
Server Management : Hardware Replacement, Hardware Repair, Deployment, Decommission
Power Room / UPS : AA dan Gunsa
Genset Room : AA dan Gunsa
Memastikan ketersediaan Solar diatas 10 persen kapasitas Tangki untuk Gunsa dan diatas 20 persen kapasitas tangki untuk Asia Afrika.
Melaksanakan pekerjaan didalam form Rekap.
Mendampingi personel yang tidak mempunyai akses ke dalam Data Center terkecuali personel tersebut sudah didampingi oleh Personel Data Center Management yang lain.
Monitoring terhadap semua aplikasi / perangkat yang sudah didaftarkan untuk di Monitor (Layar Monitoring)
Melaksanakan Proses Housekeeping rutin
Melakukan serah terima masalah-masalah yang belum terselesaikan pada shift tersebut kepada shift berikutnya dengan menyiapkan laporan serah terima untuk ditindaklanjuti oleh team piket pada piket berikutnya
Melakukan Deployment aplikasi / sistem ke production.
Menjaga uptime system sesuai dengan KPI
Melakukan Deployment aplikasi / sistem ke production dan memastikan aplikasi yang diimplementasikan di DC berjalan dengan baik.
Memastikan kondisi aplikasi di kedua DC identik (versioning)
Mengelola DC Application Library.
