Job Description

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer as Data Center Integration Solution Architect

• Analyze, clarify and identify customer real requirements on data center facility project

• Be responsible for data center facility integration solution design, especially in the electrical or HVAC system, including but not limited load calculation, technical route selection, system design, budget proposal and master schedule etc.

• Working with professional team to present solution to internal and external senior stakeholders

• Guide subcontractor to output shop drawing.

• Identify and manage the technical risks.
• Service cost analysis, such as manpower and subcontractor; subcontractors clarification



Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Building Service, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation engineering or related discipline

• 8+ years experience in data center integration or turnkey solution, Familiar with data center bidding process, related standards, design principle, project management, Integration System Test/TCCF etc

• Large-scale data center (over 1000 racks) consulting, design or project management experiences are highly appreciated

• Strong communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills.

• Good team work, good adversity quotient, adaptable to challenges and pressures

• Open minded, good interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills in multi-culture organizations

• Willing to travel in Global, especially Asia-Pacific Region 

Professional certifications from third parties (optional)

• ATD（Accredited Tier Designer）by UPTIME Institute
• CDCP（Certified Data Centre Professional）by EPI.
• Chartered Engineer in Electrical or MVAC

Professional Knowledge

• Master data center facility design, including electrical system, MVAC system, Extra-Low Voltage system, Decoration system, Fire suppression & detection system etc.
• Deep Understanding data center industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA, BS standards
• Familiar with data center eco-system for mainstream vendors and its products, technologies.

Key Skill set

• Strong skill and experience on data center facility solution clients requirement survey and analysis with Outstanding analytical skills
• Strong skill and experience on large-scales data center (1000+Racks) facility solution planning and design
• Strong Sales skills in communion, presentation, listening, and negotiation. Successful reference are highly recommended.
• Strong skills and experience on solution presentation
• Professional in AutoCAD 2019 /Revit, Microsoft Project etc.
