Data Center Electricians – Texas Projects – Recruiting From Dallas

Work location: data center construction sites across Texas. This is a traveling position, not a Dallas-based job.

If you have wired a data center, hospital, semiconductor plant or large commercial build in Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Irving, Frisco or McKinney, Tarpon Specialty Services wants you on the Texas data center projects now under construction. Multiple sites are in progress statewide, and we place qualified electricians directly with the crews building them.

Scope You May Be Assigned

• Switchgear, distribution equipment, transformers and panelboards
• UPS systems, generators and backup power
• EMT, rigid and PVC conduit – layout, bending, installation
• Cable tray and raceway; pulling and terminating feeders and branch circuits
• Grounding and bonding for critical facilities
• Motor control, controls wiring, low-voltage and fiber
• Print reading – one-lines, riser diagrams, electrical drawings
• Commissioning, testing and startup support

What You Bring

• Active Texas electrical license or registration
• Documented electrical construction experience (data center experience is a plus, not a requirement for every role)
• Willingness to travel and work extended schedules and overtime
• Ability to clear project-specific hiring and site access requirements
• Dependable attendance, reliable vehicle, safety-first mindset

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on license and experience, with overtime available. Travel and per diem provisions for qualified out-of-area electricians are reviewed at the time of offer.

Crews Welcome

We are staffing at volume. Foremen bringing a crew, and traveling hands who already work together, are encouraged to apply as a group.
