MAJOR DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Tarpon Specialty Services is recruiting qualified electricians for a major data center construction project in Texas.

This is a large-scale, long-term construction project involving sophisticated electrical and critical-power infrastructure. We are looking for experienced electricians who are ready to work and interested in putting in substantial hours on a major Texas project.

POSITIONS NEEDED

• Journeyman Electricians
• Apprentice Electricians
• Electrical Foremen / Lead Electricians
• Electricians with commercial, industrial or data-center experience

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Depending on position and assignment, experience may include:

• Commercial and industrial electrical construction
• Conduit installation – EMT, RMC/IMC and PVC
• Conduit bending and installation
• Cable tray and raceway systems
• Pulling and terminating wire and cable
• Switchgear and electrical distribution equipment
• Transformers and electrical panels
• Grounding and bonding systems
• UPS and backup-power systems
• Generator systems
• Motor controls and control wiring
• Low-voltage / controls / fiber systems
• Reading electrical drawings, prints and one-lines
• Testing, commissioning and startup support

Previous data-center experience is highly desirable but is not necessarily required for every position.

Experienced electricians from industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, power-generation projects, semiconductor facilities, hospitals and other large commercial/industrial projects are encouraged to apply.

• ✓ Proven electrical construction experience
• ✓ Ability to work safely in a large construction environment
• ✓ Ability to pass project-specific employment and site requirements
• ✓ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• ✓ Willingness to work overtime and extended schedules when required by the project
• ✓ Safety-minded craftsmen who take pride in quality work
