Thisinternshipprogramis designed to build foundational skills, safety discipline, and technical curiosity for along‑termcareer in data centeroperations andfacilities engineering.

Duration: Sept - Nov (12 Weeks)
WhatYou’llLearn & Experience
You will learn practical skills for different career paths in data centers. This includes electrical, mechanical, fiber optic, HVAC (heating/cooling), fire systems, building systems, and some customer-facing activities
You will learn how to use tools that will improve your technical knowledge
You will contribute to service delivery through fast and detailed execution of requests/orders
You will develop a natural interest in how facilities/infrastructure work
Key Responsibilities
Assist Facility Technicians and Engineers with daily data center operations and maintenance activities
Support routine preventative maintenance checks and basic repairs onnon‑criticalfacility components under supervision
Monitor the Building Monitoring System (BMS) andassistin responding to basic alarms following standard operating procedures
Assistwith customer installs and de‑installs, including basic rack‑and‑stack activities, cabling support, and customer asset handling
Respond to and update service requests and trouble tickets following standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or relevant technical vocational education
Interest in or exposure toHVAC,mechanical, electricalsystemsor maintenance
Willingness to work on-site in data center environment
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and willingness to learn
Customer‑focusedmindset and strong teamwork skills
Ability tolift upto 50lbsand perform physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, and manual handling (with or without accommodation)
