Job Description

Build a career with confidence

Carrier Global Corporation, global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is committed to creating solutions that matter for people and our planet for generations to come. From the beginning, we've led in inventing new technologies and entirely new industries. Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.

About the role

As a Data Center Delivery Assurance Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring material readiness and supplier performance for complex, Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) programs, particularly within data center environments. You will partner closely with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to mitigate risk, improve delivery performance, and enable seamless execution of customer-critical projects.

Your work will directly impact on-time delivery, service levels, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time—despite high complexity and fast‑paced conditions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Center Delivery Assurance Specialist , you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving delivery assurance across all critical suppliers through daily and weekly follow‑ups, escalations, recovery planning, and supplier engagement
• Partnering with suppliers to monitor and improve performance, including lead‑time adherence, on‑time delivery (OTD), recovery actions, and service levels
• Performing risk recovery activities for materials at risk, including expedites, reschedules, and on‑site supplier support when required
• Calculating and consolidating Data Center ETO material and carrier requirements based on engineering releases, planned demand, and vendor capabilities
• Developing and maintaining manufacturing and demand plans by vendor, ensuring clear and accurate communication of future requirements
• Manually creating requirements for temporary BOMs and non‑standard material structures used in ETO programs
• Supporting pre‑buy strategies by evaluating forecast needs, risk windows, and supplier lead‑time exposure
• Collaborating closely with Procurement to assess supplier capacity, identify constraints early, and drive corrective actions
• Supporting long‑term planning by aligning supplier capacity with projected ETO and production demand

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive problem solvers with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable navigating ambiguity and building strong supplier relationships. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Materials Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Planning, or Delivery Assurance roles
• Advanced English communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, supplier capacity planning, and manufacturing processes
• Valid visa

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience working in Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) environments
• Experience managing complex BOMs or high‑mix / low‑volume operations
• Excellent supplier engagement, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Benefits

We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.

• Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance
• Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities
