Job Description

Do you instinctively know how and when to take action? Do you love performing under intense pressure? As part of our Global Security group, you’ll help manage the security needs of Apple’s most valuable assets: our people and innovations. Join us, and you’ll play a meaningful role in preserving the highest standard of security for one of the most-watched companies in the world.

Apple's Global Security team is looking for a Data Center Corporate Security Partner (CSP) to lead data center security operations, focusing on critical infrastructure, physical security, and audit compliance, contributing to unique security solutions for one of the world’s most scrutinized companies.

As a Data Center Corporate Security Partner (CSP), you will serve as a strategic and operational leader, safeguarding personnel, operations, and business continuity within Apple’s dynamic, high-visibility data center environments. You will collaborate closely with business units, facilities, and cross-functional teams to proactively assess risks, define robust security strategies, and implement scalable solutions that ensure secure and efficient operations. This role involves optimizing security performance from our suppliers and leading day-to-day planning, preparation, and field execution in accordance with internal procedures.

We are looking for an agile, team-focused professional who thrives in rapidly changing environments. The ideal candidate possesses high integrity, is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, and demonstrates excellent communication skills. You must be able to think strategically and excel both independently and as part of a team. Extensive knowledge and experience in large-scale data centers are essential. You will navigate ambiguity, taking ownership of complex security challenges with minimal guidance, consistent with driving cross-functional outcomes and influencing direction. You will lead by example, upholding and instilling Global Security values: Service, Integrity, and Awareness.

Relevant certifications or advanced training in security, risk, or program management.
Must be able to work with highly confidential information.
Proven ability to operate independently and resolve complex, ambiguous problems.

Strong decision-making capabilities under pressure in dynamic environments.
Excellent track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform effectively under stressful and ambiguous conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

8 years of experience in data centers or a related security field.
Experience working with vendors, contract security, and public safety partners.
Willingness to travel 20% of the time, with on-call responsibilities.
