Do you have a passion for diving into data sets and uncovering insights that drive data-based decision-making? Join us in transforming P&G’s brand-building efforts through advanced analytics!

We are looking for a motivated Data Automation intern to join our team, focusing on automating critical processes within the Sales department in France. This internship provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with Data Asset Managers, Data Engineers, and Digital Product Managers, gaining valuable hands-on experience in data automation and process optimization.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

  • Data Process Automation (40%): Identify and automate key data processes within the Sales department to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaboration (30%): Work closely with business teams to understand the processes inside out, and with Data Asset Managers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to determine automation opportunities on current workflows.

  • Research and Development (20%): Explore new tools and techniques in data automation, staying updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

  • Documentation (10%): Support the documentation of automated processes and workflows, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably a dual degree that combines technical and business disciplines (e.g., Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Management).

  • Fluent in French, Proficient in English (both written and oral).

  • Proficient in Python and SQL with experience working in a Cloud environment (preferably Azure).

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.

  • Understanding of the Microsoft Power Automate suite of tools is preferred, or a strong curiosity to learn this field quickly.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
