Job Role
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team. The role involves ensuring that the delivered service meets the highest quality standards aligned with organizational objectives. Additionally, the Quality Analyst will assess whether field executives are interacting with individuals in a manner that serves the best interests of the business.
Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 1.8 LPA - 3 LPA
Experience: Fresher or 1+ years
Preferred Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or a Master’s degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks
- Discuss and explain the errors and quality issues with the team and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Evaluating the actuals with the standards and taking corrective actions in case of deviation.
- Quality Analysts are responsible for the quality of the delivered tasks and the reports.
- Prepare MIS/Reports.
- Quality Analysis, Productivity optimization, & Coordination with the team members.
- Process and Quality Improvement, and giving feedback.
- Working on MS Excel and other tech tools/platforms and analyzing the data, evaluating the actuals with the standards, and taking corrective actions in case of deviation.
- Data Validation, process, and Quality improvement, and giving feedback.
Requirements
- Fresher / 1+ years of experience in the industry.
- Good Communication Skills.
- B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualifications preferred.
- Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge.
