About the Role

At Freightos, we’re building an exclusive Data Associate Talent Pool for upcoming openings in Chennai, India. Whether you’re a seasoned data warrior or a curious newcomer ready to roll up your sleeves, we want you on our radar for future roles that blend precision, problem-solving, and a dash of WebCargo magic.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be a data warrior, transforming the air cargo rates into WebCargo format and uploading them into the system so that the WebCargo magic can happen.
• Find something wrong? Use standard procedures, superpowers, or escalate to your team lead to make it right.
• Make sure that we can process data-perfect airline tariffs and contract rates, reviewing data in advance for discrepancies.
• Leverage our systems to identify data gaps and fill them.
• Get to know our tariff ingestion platform perfectly, so that you can assess and ensure that tariffs are ready to rock and roll before you upload.

Requirements

Basic requirements

• English proficiency is absolutely required.
• High level of Excel
• Very precise and detail-oriented
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• An autonomous person who can learn fast
• Team player
• Capable of adapting to a fast-changing environment

Preferred requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of Cargo Freight industry
